Kasper - my little man. I am going to miss you more than you will ever know. I am just grateful that I had the chance to be your mum, even though it was for a very short time. I hope you know that I tried all I could to save you, but you were meant to be in someone elses care. I had to be with you right until the end - I wanted you to know I was there for you, and that you will never be alone ... I love you Kasper, you will always and forever be in my heart.

Rest in peace my sweet little angels. Life can be so cruel and unfair by taking you both away from me. I was blessed knowing you for the 12 days you were in my life and I hope you know I loved you both dearly and I will never forget the love and joy you brought me. You will never be forgotten and always held close to my heart. You will live on through your brother, Baci.
